Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit if merchandise is returned within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and must have the tags attached. Merchandise cannot be altered in anyway. This includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains, cigarette smoke and pet hair.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If in item is in stock you can pick it up anytime after payment is made. Pick up is located at 1007 S 192nd Street. All pre-order items will vary, however once the merchandise has shipped and payment is made you can expect it to arrive at the store within 3-5 business days. You will be notified when your item has shipped.
Can I exchange or return sale merchandise?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always a flat rate of $5. You can expect in stock merchandise to ship 2-3 business days of when payment is received. If your merchandise is a pre-order you can expect shipment 2-3 business days of when the merchandise is delivered to the store.
If I order and pay for merchandise how long do I have to pick it up?
Because we are limited on space we will keep you merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days we cannot guarantee that your merchandise will be available. No refunds or store credit will be given.
Do I need to let you know when I am picking up?
